If you are looking for a free weight loss program, you have come to the right place. While many weight loss programs want to sell you their "program", you don't have to spend money that you don't have in order to lose weight. You do, however, have to be committed to making changes; changes that will last for the rest of your life. There are not shortcuts. There don't have to be any additional expenditures either, however.
Come along. I will show you how.
A proper free weight loss program is not something that can just be handed over to you in a box. It's not a free piece of software, clothing or magic pill. What makes it free is that all you have to do is make changes in your daily life that will lead to losing weight and keeping it off. What are those changes? There are only two.
1. Nutrition - You have to start eating the right way. Of course, you already eat every day. However, if you are over weight, chances are that you are not eating properly. You need to eat the right balances of protein, carbohydrates, fats & fruits/vegetables. Why is this change free? You simply substitute the correct foods for the ones you have been eating all these years.
2. Exercise - In order to lose weight and keep it off, it is not enough to just change the food that you eat. That will help, of course, but it will only take you so far. You have to implement a fitness program into your life that includes strength training. Strengthening your muscles helps you to burn fat; even while you are doing nothing. Cardio, like changing your diet, will only take you so far. You have to get stronger. Plus, the strength training will help strengthen your bones. This is critical as you get older. How is this free? You might think that you need to hire a trainer or join a gym to start strength training. Nothing could be further from the truth.
All around your home, there are usable tools that can help you get started on an exercise program. The most important tool is your body. That's right, all of our bodies can double as a set of weights. Do some pushups....it's like a bench press. Sit-ups work your abdominal muscles. Go for a run. Double-bag two bundles of books or old newspapers. You can now do curls, rows and lateral raises. As I said; totally free!!
I strongly encourage you to read the pages of this site to see what it truly takes to lose weight for free. It won't be easy, but it's not complex. The first step is to decide. You can do this!
